Ultra Rare Vintage Mens IWC Automatic Bombay Lugs Unrestored Timepiece

  

A spectacular Mens timepiece, made by the world famous Swiss watch maker International Watch Co. This model dates from the 1950s and features wonderful Bombay lugs, longer lugs than you will find on youre normal vintage timepiece. The watch is in unrestored condition. However I believe that the crown may have been replaced at some point in its life. The watch dial is in remarkable condition considering its age, only showing light patina. The case is made from stainless steel, with a gold filled/rolled case. The case itself is in in great condition showing no wear. The case back back does show the odd imperfection, no dents or heavy scratches though. 36.2mm width with crown, 42.5mm lug to lug. Bezel 33.6mm in width. The watch is running very smooth on its early IWC signed mechanical automatic movement, keeping good time. The watch has been fitted with a new Brown Darlena Croco Grain watch strap. Please remember this is a vintage timepiece and will have the odd imperfection, this is not a modern quartz so do not expect the same accuracy. Please study photos for the condition of the timepiece. This is a wonderful quality Swiss timepiece, becoming increasingly uncommon, looks very elegant on the wrist, a very good investment for the future. I recommend a service or oil for best accuracy.
