Vintage Piaget Ultra-Thin Mens Watch, ref. 9034, 18K White Gold, Rare Onyx Dial
Vintage Piaget reference 9034 "Ultra-Thin" hand-wound mechanical wristwatch in 18K WHITE GOLD with an exceptionally rare black (possibly Onyx) dial. Case width (excluding winding crown) is 34mm. Includes the original Piaget box. I have been unable to locate another reference 9034 Piaget. I have found a very small number of examples of what appears to be the same watch in 18K white gold but marked as ref.
The watch is running and winds smoothly, but has not been tested for time-keeping. The exceptionally thin Piaget cal. 9P manually wound movement is in good clean condition, runs and winds smoothly, but has not been tested for timekeeping.
Service history is unknown so please assume that a cleaning and movement service will be required if the watch is to be worn regularly. Please excuse the poor quality of movement and inner case-back photos; these were quick iPhone photos taken at my watchmaker's bench; the snap closed back has since been re-closed. Ead only; no bracelet, strap or buckle is included. Includes the original Piaget box but no paperwork.
