ANTIQUE FENTON ULTRA RARE BLUE OPTIC SWIRL DUAL PULL CHAIN LAMP. I only found a matching vase in a Fenton forum for identification. No chips or cracks on the glass. Signs of normal oxidation for age on metal. Uncertain of mark on top of base. Please see photos closely for details and measurements.
