Elastolin Historical "Haus Wachenfeld" Ultra Rare Toy Country Home. This ultra rare Circa 1935 Elastolin toy house showing finest craftsmanship is the country home of Germán leader. Hausser Elastolin of Ludwigsburg Germany around 1935. Made for 7.5 centimeter series composition soldiers and personality figures. Constructed of wood, mache, paper and composition it is in excellent condition.

With only a few minor traces of wear and abrasions mostly from age. One window dressing on the left upper story window is missing. This is an example of fine modeling. Partly lithography and partly hand painted this vintage rare structure is beauty example of vintage work and an exceptional historical piece for any serious collector.
