NM/M Black Star Promo Pokemon Card Collection Lot Ultra Rare Vintage WoTc 1999
Cool porygon is minty and sealed, I've included a sealed neo genesis promo packet that holds the Marill promo card. I've included a Marill promo card so you have the option to have one and keep the pamphlet sealed. I will also include the pamphlet itself so you'll have both without the need to open it. These are all near mint to mint with the exception of the Keldeo card which is LP just due to slight whitening on the back and the large BoltundV card has a slight crease.
The pre release dark Gyarados has the tiniest crease possible that's extremely hard to see. I tried to get it in a picture but it's so minuscule it doesn't show well. I pride myself on transparency so even though it doesn't effect the beauty of this ultra rare card.
It would effect the grade if sent in.
