Really odd and unique piece. Knife is missing the clip.

Ruler type markings on one side of handle. Reverse side has the Collector Club Number #0022.

This knife is thick and solid. Overall length is 8 inches. Country of Origin - Japan. Blade - Blade steel is NOT marked on blade. Either you want them or you don't.
