Ultra Rare Brazilian Game Console Zeebo TecToy Vintage, 2009 Classic Games
Zeebo is a video game console created by Zeebo Inc. A company based in San Diego that had been created by Tectoy and Qualcomm, in addition to involving partnerships with companies from seven different countries: Brazil, United States, Argentina, China, Israel, Japan and France. The console was manufactured by Tectoy in the Manaus Free Trade Zone[15] and was launched on May 25, 2009 in Brazil. Zeebo was the first desktop console to not use any physical media to market games. They were available for download through the ZeeboNet 3G network and stored in the video game's internal memory.
Simply turn on the console and it automatically connects to the ZeeboNet 3G wireless network, available wherever there is 3G network coverage. ZeeboNet 3G Technology allowed the video game to receive free updates, sent to the player through automatic downloads that occurred while the device was in "stand-by" mode or when accessing the store to download games.
The device had three USB 2.0 ports (two on the front and one on the back), a mini USB port on the back and an SD card slot on the front. Connectivity to the television was via the AV cable.
