ULTRA RARE Vintage 1930's'The Flying Whale' Pocket Knife Store Display. Contains 9 of the 11 knives that were displayed in all of the available colors. Awesome airplane-shaped pocket knifes in the shape of the early Douglas DC3 Dakota period. Display measures 13" long x 12" tall and is made of lithographed cardboard. Cardboard has some moisture warping. Lithography is nice and bright!
Knives are nice, some slight tarnishing. Knives measure 6-1/4 long with knife extended. Actual Flying Boat measures 4 long.
