Vintage Ultra Rare FORD SCRIPT SLOTTED SCREWDRIVER Tool Auto KIT. Likely in-house screwdriver by early Ford mechanics. I can't be certain but it is unlikely thatthis tool is part of the various toolkits for early Ford vehicles. Often those screwdrivers weren't made by Ford and bore their rightful manufacture's mark or were simply unmarked. The Ford Script emblem did appear on other tools in the various tool kits that came with their respective car such as wrenches, pliers, etc, but almost never on a screwdriver. Note the sale screwdriver, measuring at just 7, is much smaller than the one which was offered in the A and T tool kits. Furthermore it's light design and specialty grip suggests that it is a precision screwdriver which differ greatly from those of the tool roll variety which were more "chunky" meant for general use.

I've never seen another of this variety and information regarding this particular screwdriver is scant at best. This is a rare and unique item.
