Still more uncommon is to have a working key as well! I have opened it twice, and please realize that this is 100+ years old and the lock is both fragile and sensitive! It would be best served as a charm and not for use as a closure. The details of the silver work are amazing!

Heart measures 1/2 wide and 9/16 tall, not including hasp. Key is about 9/16 long. Weighs 3.2 grams (both the heart and key).
